For maths, Room 5 have been doing a project called Birthday maths. Mrs Wright's birthday is on the 1st of July and guess what? Mine is on the 2nd of July! Cherry and I are doing it together. What we do for this maths, is we name all of the things like food at a party if we were to organise our own party. So like for example, we want 3 bottles of coke. Each bottle of coke is 3.00. All we have to do is do 3x3 and that would = 9. Because we want 3 bottles of coke and their 3.00. Also you could have 5 chocolate bars. And chocolate bars each cost 2.00. So all you need to do is 5x3 which = 15. It is a really cool maths project. Thanks Mrs Wright!
